Welcome to MAC IT Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, platforms, and products ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

"Company" refers to MAC IT Solutions, the provider of the Services."User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services. "Services" includes all functionalities, features, content, and applications provided by the Company.

1. Eligibility

2. Acceptance of Terms

MAC IT Solutions uses a white-labeled SaaS application built on the Google platform. These Terms govern your use of MAC IT Solutions and any related services provided by us.

3. Account Registration and Use

You must register for an account to access certain features of MAC IT Solutions. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription Fees and Payments

MAC IT Solutions charges subscription fees for access to the platform. These fees are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable, including if you decide to terminate your subscription early or if your account is suspended or closed due to a violation of these Terms.

5. No Refunds Policy

Once a customer logs into their account, no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees paid. Please conduct your independent technical due diligence about the platform thoroughly before committing to a subscription.

6. Use of the Service

You agree to use MAC IT Solutions solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use MAC IT Solutions in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to MAC IT Solutions (including all intellectual property rights) are and will remain the exclusive property of MAC IT Solutions Services and its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MAC IT Solutions immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

MAC IT Solutions reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Subscriber Responsibility

Upon subscribing to our service, it is the subscriber's responsibility to research, study, and learn everything about MAC IT Solutions and how to use it effectively. We provide resources and community support to assist in this process, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the subscriber.

11. Subscriber Conduct

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use MAC IT Solutions to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to data scraping, spamming, and uploading harmful content.

12. Limitation of Liability

MAC IT Solutions is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAC IT Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

14. Subscription Management

Agency and Business plans are solely and purely MAC IT Solutions App ONLY. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription fees may change, and we will notify you of any fee changes via email or through the platform.

15. Service Availability and Support

We strive to keep MAC IT Solutions available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. For support, please contact us at admin@macitsolutionsph.

16. Support

Support services are available for an additional fee. These services can be paid for by the hour through our prepaid packages. You can avail yourself of our prepaid service at https://www.macitsolutions.ph/contact-us and to arrange scheduled support. A dedicated support is only available through our Enterprise plan.

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators (“PIArb”).
